PROCEDURE
The Committee undertakes cases of those students using unfair means during examination by following the guidelines & procedure Issued by MUMBAI UNIVERSITY (https://archive.mu.ac.in/O.5050.pdf).
Action
The Committee also fixes the quantum of punishment after reviewing the nature of malpractices.
Objectives
1. To investigate the cases of Unfair Means during Examination.
2. To maintain Transparency & Unbiased regarding any Unfair Means cases.
3.To take appropriate recommended action regarding unfair means cases.
4. To maintain overall discipline while dealing with Unfair Means practices in the examination.
