This notice is for the students belonging to the economically weaker section. Those students who have taken admission for the Academic Year 2023-24 can avail of this SCHOLARSHIP/FREESHIP.This SCHOLARSHIP/FREESHIP is a scheme under the Directorate of the Higher Education. The scheme is available to the students whose family income is up to (less than) 8 lakh students who have taken admission for Professional/ Non Professional courses which come under Directorate of Higher Education Government / Non-Government Aided / Partially Aided –Unaided /Permanent Unaided College and Non-Agricultural Universities and Sub Centers (Excluding Private University’s / Self Finance Private Universities).
Eligibility
- Applicant should be domicile of Maharashtra State and Applicant belonging to Maharashtra State and Karnataka State Border can apply for the scheme.
- Applicant should not avail any other Scholarship or stipend.
- Family Annual Income Limit is up to Rs.8.00 lakh.
- As per Government Resolution first two children’s are eligible for the scheme.
- Candidates whose admission is under the General Category are eligible.
- During the course, the candidate should not have a gap of 2 years.
- Applicant should attend every Semester or Annual Exam.

- Students should submit Domicile Certificate issued by Authorized official.
- Students should submit the previous year’s Annual Income Certificate issued by Authorized official.

- Family Declaration Certificate about Two Children.

Eligibility

- 75 % attendance is mandatory for current year.
- Back to back drop for 2 years, students will not be allowed to fill the form.
- Stream Change students who has taken benefit in previous stream will not allow to take benefit still completion of course.
